3月23日，基本法第23條經刊憲正式實施，對此，曾因為多次清除連儂牆及公開支持國安法立法，過去被暴徒私了6次的戴小姐感觸良多。她說：「國安法立法後，社會已經恢復平靜，但市民在生活中仍時常感受到外國勢力和黑暴的餘燼隱隱作祟，所以23條立法是必須的，這樣社會才能得到一勞永逸的安寧。」 #基本法23條
